All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our air-compressed cloud sofas, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Because our sofas are vacuum-sealed and compressed for shipping, once the packaging is opened and the sofa begins expanding, it cannot be repackaged or resold as new.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel.
