Return policy

• 30 days from delivery or pickup to return any item.
• Unopened boxes: full refund of the product price, no restocking fee.
• Opened items in original, undamaged condition: refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
• Return shipping is on the customer, or bring the return to our Lomita showroom for free.
• Damaged or defective? Report within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
• Cancel free within 2 hours of placing the order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, whether or not the box has been opened:

• Unopened items: if the vacuum-sealed packaging is intact, you'll receive a full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee.
• Opened items: opened items can be returned as long as they are in their original, undamaged condition (clean, odor-free, with all pieces and covers). Because an opened sofa cannot be resold as new, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

Delivery was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, or drop the return at our Lomita showroom during opening hours at no cost. Sales tax is refunded together with the product price.

1. Email us at info@sofaair.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (and its packaging, if unopened).
2. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier (we recommend UPS), or bring it to our showroom. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For opened items, the 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

Please don't ship returns without an RMA; unauthorized packages may be refused.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear later may be covered by our 1-year limited warranty.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled but may still be returned under the 30-day policy above.

• Items that are stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in original condition cannot be returned (unless they arrived damaged or defective and were reported within 48 hours).
• Items returned without an RMA or outside the 30-day window may be refused.
