3-Day Unopened-Box Returns

We accept returns of unopened items within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, the vacuum-sealed packaging must be intact and the product must be in its original, unused condition. Once the vacuum seal is broken and the sofa begins expanding, the item cannot be returned because it cannot be repackaged or resold as new.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@sofaair.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the unopened box.
  2. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Ship the unopened box back, or drop it off at our returns location below. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled but may still be returned under the 3-day unopened-box policy above.

Exceptions

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.
  • Items returned without an RMA or outside the 3-day window may be refused.
  • Shipping fees (if any were paid) and express-delivery upgrades are non-refundable.
