Return Policy

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, whether or not the box has been opened:

• Unopened items: If the vacuum-sealed packaging is intact, you'll receive a full refund of the product price — no restocking fee.
• Opened items: Opened items can be returned as long as they are in their original, undamaged condition (clean, odor-free, with all pieces and covers). Because an opened sofa cannot be resold as new, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

In all cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@sofaair.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item (and its packaging, if unopened).
2. We'll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Ship the item back to our returns address below using a trackable carrier (we recommend UPS). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For opened items, the 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

Please do not ship returns without an RMA — unauthorized packages may be refused.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Manufacturing defects that appear later may be covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled but may still be returned under the 14-day policy above.

Exceptions

• Items that are stained, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in original condition cannot be returned (unless they arrived damaged or defective and were reported within 48 hours).
• Items returned without an RMA or outside the 14-day window may be refused.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
