Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday) and typically delivered within 1-3 business days after that, depending on your distance from our Lomita warehouse.
Your delivery cost is shown at checkout based on your address. Pickup at our Lomita showroom is always free. You'll see the exact total, including tax, before you pay — no hidden fees or surcharges.
Your sofa arrives in compact, vacuum-sealed packaging that's easy to carry through doorways and hallways. Simply unbox, remove the vacuum seal, and let your sofa expand to its full size within 24–72 hours.
Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at info@sofaair.com or call (213) 534-8757. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
