Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii. All deliveries are made to your doorstep — no appointment needed. If you live outside O'ahu, please contact us to discuss available options.

Delivery Timeline

All orders placed before 2:00 PM HST on a business day are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM HST, Monday – Friday
• Next business day: Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays

Shipping Cost

Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no hidden fees, no minimum order amount, and no surcharges.

What to Expect

Your sofa arrives in compact, air-compressed packaging that's easy to carry through doorways and hallways. Simply unbox, remove the vacuum seal, and let your sofa expand to its full size within 24–72 hours.

• Modular Cloud Sofa 4-Piece: Delivered in 2 boxes, both arriving at the same time

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at info@sofaair.com or call (808) 909-1272. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
