What This Warranty Covers

Sofa Air warrants that your sofa will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery, when used in a normal residential setting. Covered components:

• Internal frame — breakage or structural failure under normal use.
• Foam core — failure to recover its shape (beyond normal softening), or failure to fully expand within 7 days of unboxing.
• Zippers — broken or separated zippers on covers and cushions.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including fabric wear and pilling.
• Fading, stains, spills, pet damage, burns, cuts, or odors.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or modification.
• Commercial, rental, or outdoor use.
• Softening of foam and fill that naturally occurs with use, and comfort preference.
• Products purchased second-hand (warranty is non-transferable).

How to Make a Claim

1. Email info@sofaair.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos (or video) of the issue.
2. We respond within 2 business days with next steps. We may ask for additional photos to assess the defect.
3. For covered defects we will, at our option, repair the item, replace the defective component or sofa, or refund the purchase price. Approved warranty service is free of charge.

The Fine Print

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state. It is the exclusive express warranty for products purchased from Sofa Air and applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
